This very traditional townhouse is situated in the small white washed village of Competa. The village is nestled in the hills of the Almijara mountains, approx 25 minutes drive from the coast at Torrox or Algarrobo and just one hour drive from Malaga airport. This romantic house, which is around 4 hundred years old, has been thoughtfully renovated to offer comfortable accommodation whilst retaining it's charming rustic aspect. It is located in the heart of the village in a tiny plaza overflowing with flowers and exotic plants. The village has many bars, restaurants and shops and is famous for the sweet moscatel grapes from which Competa wine is produced.

It accommodates 6 people and offers:

- Living room with an open fireplace (wood is supplied for winter guests), leading from here is a further room

- Small courtyard with jasmine and aspidistra

- Kitchen-dining room, which is fully equipped for self catering

- 2 Double bedrooms and a twin bedroom

- 2 Bathrooms

- On top of the house is a large roof terrace with magnificent views of the village and the surrounding countryside

- A small room houses the barbecue, chairs and parasol. Part of the roof terrace is covered during the summer months to create a shaded area.

COMMENTS

A 20% non-refundable deposit will be need to reserve this villa, the balance is due 4 weeks prior to the rental period starting. Prices per week are inclusive of electricity, water, kitchen linen, bed linen and towels.
