Description: This is a fabulous holiday villa situated in the hills between the villages of Competa and Torrox, and approx 15 minutes drive from the coast. Malaga airport is one hours drive and the local towns of Nerja and Torre del Mar are just 25 minutes drive.
This delightful rural setting makes a hire car essential if you wish to visit the surrounding area, but there are unrivalled walks and the national park very closeby and a collection and pick up service from the airport can be arranged for 40 euros each way, thereby, reducing the need for a hire car.
Although the villa is set in the ground of another villa occupied by the owners of villa Marianna, it is situated in a private area at the far side of the grounds. Access to the villa and car parking is gained via a private driveway with electrically operated gates.
The villa is set on 2 levels, the upper level consists of a spacious hallway leading to a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The lounge offers a dining area and double patio doors out to a superb private terrace. There are fabulous mountain views from this terrace and a short 10 minute stroll will grant the most glorious sunrises and sunsets. Also on this level is a double bedroom with water bed and a separate bathroom with bath and shower. On the lower level is a large independent studio with twin beds and shower room. A single bed could be made available for a third child at an additional cost.
The swimming pool (10x8m) is heated and available for use at any time, although the owners do use the pool, the are happy to time their swimming so clients can have undistrubed use. The pool has large steps at one corner and has an overall depth of 5 feet/1.7metres. There are 2 tiled terraces with good shading or fully open to the sun, both have tables and chairs for outdoor eating, there are also sun loungers. The garden is grass with fruit trees and also open to the sun.

A 20% non-refundable deposit will be requierd to reserve this villa, the balance is due 4 weeks pior to the rental period starting. Prices per week are inclusive of electricity, water, kitchen linen, bed linen and towels.
